This policy explains what personal information Samarapix 3D (a brand of Samarapix Media Private Limited) collects when you order from us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to make and deliver your order, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Your order configuration — the product, colours, and the name or text you ask us to print.
- Contact details — your WhatsApp number, and the name, phone, email, and delivery address you share so we can confirm and ship your order.
- Order and conversation records — the messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp and basic order history, so we can support you and honour your purchase.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as your browser type and approximate region) generated when you visit the site. We do not run intrusive advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To produce your personalised item exactly as you configured it.
- To confirm your order, quote shipping, arrange delivery, and keep you updated.
- To provide support, handle returns or refunds, and keep records we are required to keep.
- To improve our products and the website, and to keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the parties needed to fulfil your order, and only as much as they need:
- WhatsApp / Meta — because orders are confirmed and discussed over WhatsApp, your messages and number are processed by Meta under their own privacy terms.
- Delivery partners — couriers receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver your parcel.
- Hosting and payment — our website hosting provider, and our payment gateway Razorpay (which securely processes your payment and is PCI-DSS compliant — we never receive your full card details), process the data needed for those services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order and contact records only as long as needed to deliver your order, provide support and warranty, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise the information.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and limit who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to act promptly if anything goes wrong.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are legally required to retain. We aim to honour these requests in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law. To make a request, just contact us or email contact@samarapix.shop.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
