Who we are

Samarapix 3D is a brand of Samarapix Media Private Limited, a company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, making personalised, made-to-order 3D-printed gifts and decor. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 82961 98282, by email at contact@samarapix.shop, or on Instagram @samarapix.3d.

Made-to-order products

Almost everything we sell is made to order and personalised — printed specifically for you after you order, using the colours, names, and text you choose. This matters throughout these terms:

• Each piece is produced for your order; we do not hold finished personalised stock.
• Because items are hand-finished and printed individually, small natural variations in colour, layer texture, and finish are normal and are not defects.
• Product photos are representative. Screen colours can differ slightly from the printed result.

Placing an order

When you configure a product and submit it on the site, you place an order. Paying for it online confirms your order and lets us begin production; we then coordinate your personalisation, delivery address, and timeline with you, including over WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order before production begins — for example if a detail is unclear, an item is unavailable, or the request breaches the personalisation rules below — and in that case we refund any amount paid in full.

Pricing and offers

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and, where applicable, are inclusive of taxes. Shipping is quoted and confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay, as it depends on your location and the item.

• We may run inaugural or promotional offers; any discount shown applies only while that offer is live and to orders placed during it.
• The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it.
• Payment is collected securely online through our payment partner Razorpay — cards, UPI, net-banking, and wallets. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant; we never receive or store your full card details. We take full payment upfront before production begins.

Personalisation: your responsibility

You choose the names, words, and text we print. By submitting them, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have the right to use any name, text, logo, or content you ask us to reproduce, and doing so does not infringe anyone’s trademark, copyright, or other rights.
• You will not request content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, defamatory, or that impersonates someone without authority.
• Spelling, capitalisation, and characters in your personalisation will be printed as you submit them — please check them carefully before confirming.

We may decline any request that breaches the above. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you asked us to print.

Intellectual property

Our designs, product photography, brand name, and the Samarapix wordmark remain our property and may not be copied or resold without permission. You keep any rights in the content you supply for personalisation; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce and deliver your order.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because items are personalised and made to order, cancellations and returns are limited. Please see our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for exactly how this works, including the cancellation window before production begins and what happens if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver good work, but to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published here, with the “last updated” date shown above. If you have any questions, please contact us.
